Nikolay Lebedev

Transas Group President

Nikolay Lebedev was born in 1957 in Sochi. He graduated from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy in Leningrad, navigation faculty. After the graduation N.Lebedev has been working onboard the Baltic Shipping Company vessels for 10 years as a navigator and finished his marine career in 1990. In the mid 80-s he gathered the group of associates from among the programmers and marine officers of Baltic Shipping Company, who proceeded to development in the field of software for maritime transport and aviation. In 1992 first Transas representative offices emerged abroad, and N.Lebedev obtained a position of Transas Group President. His authority, technical and professional knowledge, as well as leader talent, were the guarantee of the fact that nowadays Transas has a strong grip on leading positions in the sphere of electronics and software for transportation industry not only in Russia, but at the international market as well.

Viktor Godounov

Transas Group Vice-president

Viktor Godounov was born in 1954 in Leningrad. In 1977 he graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute. After the graduation he worked as an engineer, senior engineer and, finally, as the head of the department in research-and-production association “Avrora”. One of ZAO “Transas” founders, V.Godunov works in the company starting 1992, first as a director deputy, then as the director himself. During recent years he is at the head of aviation field of ZAO “Transas” activities.

Evgeny Komrakov

Transas Group Vice-president

Evgeny Komrakov was born in 1955 in Leningrad. He graduated from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy. Worked in Baltic Shipping Company first as deck officer, then soon as captain of the ocean-going ship. Being one of Transas founders and successful leaders, he occupied the position of company’s director for 10 years. Starting 2003 he leads one of the promising fields of Transas Group activities – ZAO “RET Kronstadt”, created with the aim of promoting Transas science intensive technologies at the military market. E.Komrakov is the active participant of local and international maritime safety conferences, the author of more than 40 articles and scientific researches in Russian and foreign publications. In 2002 he was awarded the Doctor degree by International Transport Academy.

Nikolay Mouzhikov

Transas Group Vice-president

Nikolay Mouzhikov was born in 1962 in Leningrad. He graduated from Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy, navigation faculty. After the studies he obtained a position of deck officer onboard Baltic Shipping Company vessels. One of ZAO “Transas” founders, N.Mouzhikov during all these years was involved in different spheres – products development, marketing and sales support, company supervision. At the moment N.Moujikov is the Director of “Trans-Force Ltd”.
