In 2002 The Transas Group registered a new company named "Stroitech".

"Stroitech", a Limited Liability Company was set up to realize building projects, structure construction, reconstruction and major repairs.

In conformity with the acting licenses, "Stroitech" implements:

• construction of 1st and 2nd levels of responsibility buildings in compliance with government standards. “Stroitech” also functions as a general contractor;
• architectural design;
• structural design;
• a special part of the project development, also functioning as a general planner.

A planning and design office fitted out with modern equipment operates as part of this Limited Liability Company, “Stroitech”. The construction team consists of highly experienced professionals and the quality of the projects fully complies with modern requirements. Such result is ensured by the high level of proficiency of the staff, which has many years' of experience working in this sector.
