ECDIS Training

As transition to ECDIS proceeds quickly, training is a key element for its successful and safe implementation. In a highly sophisticated navigational working environment the economy and safety of a vessel depends on the knowledge and experience of a well-trained crew. Therefore, Transas Marine offers a wide range of tailor-made training courses for our product range.

Our instructors are experienced engineers, seafarers and field professionals with various level of IT, navigational and marine engineering background and certification. All instructors have several years teaching and instructional experience. Through interaction between our instructors and the participants we aim to maximize training results and level of confidence and competence.

Trainings can be held in our modern training facilities, at customer’s site, on-board or at our partnering institutes.
