Database editor Model Wizard

The Model Wizard is a powerful tool intended for the production and update of integrated databases for simulators of the Navi-Trainer ver. 4000 family and higher. It is also designed for the planning of construction works at ports, research of depth model and the modelling of navigational situations.

Editing sailing area

1. User selects an area on the chart and sets the coastline configuration (such as mooring walls and embankments)

2. The polygonal terrain model is built automatically from the chart data

3. The generated scene can be supplemented with 3D models (prototypes) from the Object Library and any cultural objects created with the aid of the Model Wizard. Any illumination effects can be set (such as any time of the day and night or weather conditions)

The radar scene is created automatically from the chart data and terrain

Editing a model

User can create any geometry and assign visual logic and properties for a model or a 3D object

Model Editor enables user to create model and adjust its properties

The Motion Model Editor enables users to adjust principal parameters and properties of the motion model for the ship, and provides internal examination for possible changes requested in editing, displaying an appropriate message. Pictorial diagrams give an exact comparison between ship motion model features before and after editing.
